*Payment Options* - Credit
card transactions may be processed in several
ways. You may submit your credit card information
online with your order. You may also fax this
information to (604) 539-9425, (live support -
Monday to Friday, 10AM-6PM Pacific Standard Time),
or ask for a call back either by email

by calling our customer service support line
866-539-9404. These options are all available at
the checkout screen. NitroLube accepts Visa,
MasterCard and will in the future also accept
American Express and PayPal.

Personal cheques are accepted. If you would like
to mail your company cheque or money order, you
can do so by sending it to: NitroLube, 22652
Fraser Hwy. Langley, B.C. V2Z2T8. Please allow 14
days for company cheques to clear. C.O.D is not
available. A $25.00 charge is assessed for
returned checks.
*Shipping
and Handling* - We attempt to carry all
products but sometimes may not have all items on
hand. If the item you ordered is not in stock, it
will take an additional 7-14 days to ship. In
stock items will be shipped within 24 hours not
including holidays and weekends. If you prefer
that a signature not be required, you may state
this at the message box when checking out. Waiving
the signature requirement at delivery constitutes
responsibility for the package when left by the
carrier. Carriers can leave your package in the
mailbox (USPS only), or in front of your door, or
anywhere you ask provided instructions are written
in the checkout message box when placing your
order. NitroLube reserves the right to require a
signature unless otherwise waived at checkout. We
have UPS fee charges for the shipping and handling
of your order. Other service can be provided if
required. (leave shipping requirements in message
box) The following charges are based on regular
packaging and shipping with United Parcel Service.
*Note on
special discount offers* - When free
shipping is offered, the order is shipped via
regular Canadian ground service with UPS.

shipped free. Warranties and Returns - NitroLube
warranties all items under the following
conditions: If your purchase is defective simply
return the item to the address supplied on the
invoice within 15 days of receipt of merchandise
with a copy of the invoice and instructions to
return or exchange for another item. The return
item must be in new condition, with all label
attached, and in the original packaging it was
shipped in. Please note, we do not credit the
original shipping charges. Regular shipping
charges are deducted from amount credited on
returned orders processed under "free shipping"
