This sheet is designed to help in the use of NITRO LUBES PMF 2000 in various applications. Rather than have several products, (and several bottles), to treat the different applications. Use this sheet to calculate the proper mixtures for your application. (One bottle, different amounts). This eliminates having many bottles, saving - space, money and simplifying the job. Note: Do not use in brake fluids or brake systems. First treatment. 10% of total volume of fluid. All additional treatments for engine oil changes, 5% of total volume. (drives and gear boxes - one time treatment - or at oil change - 10% of total volume). Note: Engine systems that are known to be contaminated, dirty, slugged badly, in poor operating condition or with extreme heat or wear conditions. Use 5% of total fluid volume. Run for short, clean up period (500km). Drop oil, change filters, change oil, use PMF 2000 at 10% of total volume for optimum performance. AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS, POWER STEERING, AND SIMILAR (FLUID VISCOSITY SENSITIVE APPLICATIONS). 6% of total volume. Of AFMT) QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Q: Can I extend the (hours, miles, klm's, time etc.) on the oil treated with NITRO LUBES PMF 2000? A: Officially, we recommend that you maintain regular oil changes. Although several industrial NITRO LUBE users that have their used oil analyzed. Report that they have extended their oil use rather dramatically and have greatly extended their oil usage based on their analysis reports. Oil changes may be extended up to three times the regular interval. If oil analysis then determines that oil is fine. The decision is totally up to the machine operator. A: Yes...Nitro Lube PMF 2000 is safe to use with these types of systems, if they require friction reduction (DO NOT USE IF FRICTION IS REQUIRED IN YOUR SYSTEMS).
